The barrier function of very dry skin is not functioning properly, i.e. the skin's oil and water balance is disturbed. The transepidermal water loss of the skin increases.

The lipids and ceramide in this rich cream have a skin-strengthening effect, helping to restore the skin's protective barrier. Vitamins E, A, C and panthenol improve skin hydration and protect against premature ageing.
